Trader’s cash advance continued to SDNY where discovery did not stay next July 16

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan. 19 – Lateral Recovery LLC has sued Queen Funding LCC, a cash advance company “controlled and manipulated by Yehuda Klein.”

On January 19, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge Lorna G. Schofield, held a hearing. Inner City Press has it covered.

Judge Schofield declined to stay discovery and set the filing in March with a final pre-trial on July 16.

The case is Lateral Recovery, LLC et al v. Queen Funding, LLC et al., 21-cv-9607 (Schofield)
